Unlock a world of wellbeing with our Wellness Wanderer Membership, designed to help you unwind, recharge, and prioritise self-care every month. From indulgent treatments to exclusive discounts and guest access, our monthly membership gives you access to a host of privileges crafted with your holistic wellness in mind.

Each month, you’ll enjoy:

1 x 60-minute treatment per month (massage or facial)
2 x 60-minute midweek spa access passes per month (includes sauna, steam room, and hot tub)
12 X private gym access passes per month (subject to availability).
1 x spa guest pass per month
10% off additional spa treatments
10% off spa retail products
10% off all dining in The Great Barn restaurant

Membership Duration & Payments

· The membership is billed monthly and auto-renews each month unless cancelled.

· Cancellations require a 30 day notice period.

· Payment is collected via direct debit or card payment on a recurring basis.

Booking & Availability

· All treatments, spa access, and gym sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

· Treatment options for your 60-minute treatment include: Five Element Aroma Massage, Muscle Melt Massage and Five Element Aroma Facial only.

· We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure preferred dates and times.

Monthly Benefits

· Unused monthly benefits (treatments, passes, or sessions) do not roll over to the following month.

· Your monthly treatment must be redeemed within the calendar month it is issued.

Guest Pass Usage

· One complimentary guest pass per month may be used during your own booked spa access session.

· Guest access is for spa facilities only and does not include treatments or gym use.

· Guests must be aged 16+ and must be accompanied by the member at all times.

Discounts

· Member discounts on treatments, retail, and dining can be used any day of the week but must be booked or purchased by the named member.

· Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

Cancellations & No Shows

· Please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the benefit.

· Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days' notice in writing. No partial refunds are available for unused portions of the month.

Membership Use

· Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the named individual.

· Any misuse of the membership or its benefits may result in suspension or cancellation.

Health & Safety

· Members and guests must complete a health questionnaire prior to using spa or gym facilities.

· Retreat East reserves the right to refuse access if deemed necessary for health or safety reasons.
